He said this ustream = live streaming, youtube = static clips and youtube has a turn around time. Ustream doesn't have any kind of archiving Youtube is the tivo, to ustreams being 'tv'
They are not mutually exclusive they are different services.
I think that sums it up. If you don't ustream I think you going to be out of the loop.
